Out at 0500 to walk the dog so I can get the 0600 bus into London.  Wasn’t hungry until the return bus journey around 1030.  Nothing I can eat in London, so I took an apple, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin & sunflower seeds as a lunchbox.  I had 3 camomile teas in the meeting instead of tea or coffee.

Grateful to receive a delivery today of a butchered Chinese Water Deer.  Hand delivered by one of the co-owners of the business.

Dinner, I used up the last of my venison stew to make way in the freezer for the new deer.
