My youngest went to school on word book day dress as a forager with his pocket guidebook and a wicker basket. Not sure where he gets his inspiration from?
Brunch.

Whole meal toast, spring greens and a goose egg with violets and daisies.
Out foraging this afternoon for wild garlic as it is the season.

Dinner

Made with rabbit broth, white onion, garlic, pearl barley, apple, dead white nettle, nettle, cleavers and jews ear. Interestingly the cleavers became spicy as a pot herb. Made up for the lack of chilli over the last 6 days!
